Welcome

DAM MAW LAIZOM TENG

ZOMI BAPTIST CHURCHED OF AMERICA

PAN KONGMUAK UH HI

Thank you for visiting our website!

On behalf of the Zomi Baptist Churches of America, I warmly welcome you in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Anointed One. We are the Zomi, an ethnic minority group with deep roots in Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Northeast India, and we are now blessed to have established a vibrant faith community here in the United States. Our organization has grown to include 53 churches across America, each dedicated to serving God with humility and joy.

It is both an honor and a profound privilege to serve our Lord Jesus Christ alongside our brothers and sisters. Our mission is clear and compelling: "To bring changes and transformation to the generations after generation through Christ and the word of God." We are passionate about seeing lives transformed—about witnessing sinners repent and experience the saving grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

As a community, we strive to be the salt and light in a world that desperately needs hope and truth. Our desire is to reflect Christ’s love through our words and actions, making a tangible difference wherever we are. As Matthew 5:13-14 reminds us, "You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." May we always shine brightly as a beacon of faith and service.

It is a true honor to serve as General Secretary alongside a devoted team of young men and women of God who consistently pour their hearts and energy into advancing the Kingdom of God. Our collective purpose is to equip the saints for ministry while exalting the Lord through every area of service. We are deeply committed to seeing individuals encounter Jesus, find salvation, and grow in their faith journey.

What inspires me most about the ZBCA is our spirit of selfless service. Every individual involved in our organization serves as a volunteer, offering their time, talents, and resources freely, without expectation of material reward. No one receives payment for their work; instead, we are motivated by a shared sense of calling and devotion. In all we do, we strive to be faithful servants of the living God, united by a desire to glorify Him above all.

On this website, you will discover a wealth of information about our churches and a wide range of ministries that serve both our members and the broader community. We hope that your time here is truly a blessing and that you find the resources and stories shared both encouraging and inspiring. Our churches are communities marked by warmth, love, and genuine care, and we want you to feel completely welcome and at ease. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there is any way we can support or assist you. We invite you to explore the different sections of our website to learn more about our network, our mission, and the many opportunities to connect and grow together in faith.

Prayer and blessings to you and your family.

In His Vineyard,

Rev. Dr Tual Kho Mang
